Lot History Report

The Lot History Report generates a summary report for lots with an on-hand balance or a detailed lot history of all inductions and releases for the lot. Inductions are created through receiving purchase orders, inventory transfers, planned transfers, work orders, inventory adjustments and adding back inventory on credit orders. Releases are created through shipped sales orders, inventory transfers, planned transfers, and completed work orders. Non-owned inductions, releases, and transfers create the inductions and releases for non-owned inventory.

The Lot History Report shows a history of all of the movements of lots in lotted inventory, including when lots were opened and closed and their current status. The report can filtered and sorted by location, item, customers with non-owned inventory, lot, and the lot info text 6 field.

The Lot Anniversary Report is a similar report that can be run using the same criteria as the Lot History Report; however, the Lot Anniversary Report will give the lot balance as of the lot anniversary "free thru date" vs, the current on-hand balance.

Lot History Report Fields

Location/Customer/Item/Lot/Lot Text	Select the criteria to run the report: location, customer, item, lot, or item info.
(S)ummary or (D)etail	Enter S (S=summary) to generate a summary report, enter D (D=detail) to generate a detailed report of all transactions.
Print Zero Lots (Y/N)	Enter Y (Y=yes) to print the lots with zero balances, enter N (N=no) to print the report without printing lots with zero balances.
